We are Houston's finest Sandwich bar. The Finest Houston Sandwich bar was founded in the 2000s. In our cozy environment we bake delicious sandwiches and also offer coffee. Sandwich recipes have been collected from Anitra's grandmother and only our team knows about their secret composition. Our bar is the perfect place to spend time with your friends, to work or even for a date! In addition, we alo have a playroom for smaller quests.
About our team
Who does our team consist of? That's a very good question! We have all been friends since childhood and we are all united by our intrest in baked goods.
◾ Martin is our main baker. Thanks to him, our sandwiches are always fresh and delicious. He is always very cheerful and without him, our team wouldn't be complete! Martin went to L'Academie de Cuisine. His favourite quote is: "A recipe has no soul. You, as the cook, must bring soul to the recipe."
◾ Gloria is responsible for making sure that all our visitors to our bar are happy. In other words, she is our servant. She studied customer service at Oxford and of course she is really smart. Her favourite quote is: "Don’t try to tell the customer what he wants. If you want to be smart, be smart in the shower. Then get out, go to work and serve the customer!"
◾ Anitra is the creator of The Finest Houston Sandwich bar. Anitra put forward the idea to build our bar and invited Gloria ja Martin to carry out the idea. The author of all our sandwich recipes is Anitra's grandma. Her favourite quote is: "Success is not final; failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts."
